I just realized when I used my index finger and my thumb and massage my achilles tendon, it hurts. I just had a 3 lap run and did some tennis at lunch and afterschool. Do you guys think it's just some minor pain or maybe an injury? Thanks
Use rice therapy You will know if you apply RICE treatment for the first 2-3 days. If symptoms persist you may need to have it checked. If it's an injury you would have problems standing on your toes and pain stretching your calf muscles too!
