First,i go n buy some refreshing drinks,like nice cold n sweet milktea,and rent some DVDs n then go home.Then eat something while i watch it. How bout u?

after our game 10-18 of us will go to late night snack /w beer n drinks. talk about our sport, laugh our asses off. we do this every friday. it's a tradition. of course, i shower n go to bed right after.
this is very good.... after keep fit, keep fat.... hahahhaha i also doing this. but, i just try to eat less as it is midnite. good hot shower and sleeeeeeeeeeeep.
Well just make sure you all keep maintaining the six pacs and not unite them all as one big pac or you are going to have trouble taking net shots
cold shower; sit back in my recliner, watch TV for about an hour(one episode of 24)(every Tuesday night).
exactly what we do at here. play until midnight, drink and eat until 2 or 3am. but we do it on saturday.
rest in room.remember the glory moment(if malaysia win lah). it makes the winning being so dramatic for me.it just makes me happy.so meaningful.if my team lose,i will avoid to hear any news about the team for about two days and only then i will watch the game again and find out what is wrong with the team. i can make myself better with this way.
well.....hang out a bit at the court to have a chat with my badminton gang (since we only see each other once a week on the court) about any topic or current interest, then drive home to a nice cooling shower, hot meal and lazing in front of the tv while applying hot packs to sore muscles if there's any. then to bed with a smile on my face and looking forward to another game day next week. i think i want to play twice a week. i need to find a place to join. he he he he.

how come you guys have so much time after a badminton game? usually when i am done with badminton, it is 11pm on a weekday. i rush home, feed the baby and get some rest to recuperate for work the next day.
