Robin from Miri
Hey guys,
My name is Robin, born in Sibu, shifted to Miri, obtained my degrees in Computer Science in KL, staying in KL now. I joined this forum a month ago.
I don't really play sports but I like watching sports especially badminton, ping pong, and tennis.
I like word games especially Scrabble but nowadays very hard to find someone to play scrabble with me.
I love mathematics riddles. Feel free to introduce nice websites to me.
I'm a regular gym goer where I normally work out 3-4 times per week. Hot Yoga is my favorite.
I also love singing karaoke and travelling..yahooo.....
Cheers,

Dave, it sounds like a yoga variant... perhaps in a steamy sauna type setting?

I better check for bruises on my face as well as soap making ingredients in the house - we're too much alike!
The only difference is that I am a local Mirian while you're a wool.
Welcome.

Haha, it's something I picked up from scousers (Liverpool) when describing people not within the city of Liverpool but those who share the common culture or language. The original term comes from 'woollyback' of people who work at the docks or travel from outside Liverpool on with wool on their backs.
It's a short term of 'dyed-in-red wool', meaning that the person is identified as what he/she is but in an 'artificial' way. Robin was born in Sibu and grew up in Miri, thus is a 'wool' while I was born and bred there, is a local.
In short, there are lots of wools in KL. I'm not one because I wasn't born anywhere near here and don't claim to be one.
Don't take it seriously though - even the pejorative weight it used to carry is now just a piss take in good humour.

Hot Yoga is a series of yoga poses (asana) done in a heated room. The room is usually maintained at a temperature of 95-100 degrees. As you can imagine, a vigorous yoga session at this temperature promotes profuse sweating which rids the body of toxins. It also makes the body very warm, and therefore more flexible.
