Lightness of the racket depends on which wieght code you buy (3U or 4U).
It really is dependent on the player. Some people like head heavy rackets, some people like head light rackets. In relation to what I just said, those that like head light can smash harder and more accurately than if they used head heavy, and vice versa. Both are great rackets, but it's really up to whichever one you like the feel of.
What racket have you been using before? Was it head heavy or head light (or mid balanced). Try and find a racket that is similar to what you used before.
As for the weighting of the racket, thats also dependent on whether you like light or heavy rackets.
