Klipper M140 Stringing Instruction
Dear BCBF Members,
Many beginner asked about stringing instruction on how to use staring pin method. Since I am helping Klipper USA on writing a instruction for their Badminton machine (M140) I would like to share it with you all. Any helpful advice are welcome.

Thing to watch out. For most of the machine using wing nuts to secure the post, there might be some give on the top. So please push the top of the post in and tighten the wing nuts to ensure the post is secured and will not move during stringing.

After measured and cut the main string, insert the string through top 2 grommets on (A1). Then insert string through the first grommet near the throat (B1). Pull both end tight and even.
Note: I use Yonex naming term
A1=1st grommet from the top. A2=2nd grommet from the top. etc
B1=1st grommet from the throat. B2=2nd grommet from the throat. etc

Mount string to the tensioning head. You might want to push the string down to secure the string on the tensioning head and get close to the right position on the fist pull. Adjust string on the tension head after first pull to get the right tension pull

the first string is tensioned with 2 clamps.
Note: I am using 2 clamps in this instruction because Klipper USA is including 2 fly clamps with their machine. I usually use 3 clamps and Sir DinkALot uses 4 Clamps in his instruction video.
