i think i need to get the one designed for "couch potato". probably make me feel so good and get my ass to the badminton gym.

I strated using the Phiten Disc last week. I got a sample pack from dealer for free. I was thinking, what the hell, it's sample pack and free, I have nothing to loose. What I have to say is, it does work. I put on my right heel and left my left heel un-treated as control. It relieve my right heel pain in just an hr and has been ok for 1 day. I played 2 hr of tennis the following following day without it too see if the pain came back. The heel pain did come back. However, I tried the left heel this time and right heel un-treated and it works the same. THERE IS 1 CATCH. It works for me, but it might not have as good effect for other. Also, IF you have chronic pain, it might relieve the pain, but it does not treat the real problem. So see your doctor first if your muscle pain is not from your sport activity. I am getting a wrist band for my wife to see if it helps her wrist pain from working in hospital. Stay tuned.

The Baseball series is available in Japan only.

i paid 2625 jap yen around rm74.80..the optional sliding titan top look cool..i didn't get it..will be getting the racing series bracelet this month..look damn cool 21000 jap yen..

i think it the same as the usual phiten product except its 30times more stronger tats why its has X30 labelled on it..i m not really good in explaining this but that wat the jap lady told me as u know there is some communication break down when talking to them..the latest golf series are X45..the best is u visit PHITEN shop in 1 U Damansara Old Wing (K.L) i think its at 3rd Level..they shld be able to explain better to u..cheers..
