The whole point is NOT to use overgrips seeing as I don't have a job and my parents don't give me enough allowance to keep buying them They're pretty expensive in Canada. A pack of a Super Grap (3) is almost $10 tax included.

It'd be nice to buy them in bulk but I just don't know where.

he might not have a credit card yet since he's still getting allowance from his parents... but then again, i dont know.
but overgrips are same as replacement grips, they probably last the same time if you play with either of them (sweat)
overgrips are cheaper than replacement grips too.

Try Super Full Grip of Tecnifibre http://www.tecnifibre.com/index1.html?en

Search under Accessories of Tennis Products. It is quite thin (1.8mm).

And most of all, if you wrap it very very tightly and with minimal overlapping, it will be thin enough and one piece can serve as two pieces :)

One question, 1.8mm isn't a thin grip for badminton, so how's that a thin grip? That thickness is triple the thickness of my yonex super grap which is only 0.6mm.
