Just wondering if there are enough people that would support a facility in Burnaby, Poco area? If so where should they open one? north Burnaby or south Burnaby? Do people even play out there?

Dunno about the first, but to answer your second question they should open one in south Burnaby. I think if that happened, not only would it cater to players in the Burnaby area but players from Surrey might frequent it, too. I know several players who make the trip out to VRC from Surrey.

Tricity may make more sense if there are enough players out there.

For those who drive, Richmond's courts are only 20-25min away from South Burnaby.

Definitely south Burnaby, maybe Central Park/Metrotown area. Pretty convenient for those taking transit so it can serve anyone on the Skytrain route.

1)there's nikkei center (on kingsway) - Burnaby
but you have to have some sort of business there to use the courts.

    2) bonsor. - burnaby (by nelson)
    only drop-ins.

From what I heard, Nikkei center has only one court. And it's not a good one either. South Burnaby is too close to Richmond, and it already has access to many drop-ins via skytrain/transit link. South Burnaby folks will have even more access to C1,C2 and Richpro once the Canada Line is finished.

For Tri Cities areas, they should have a proper non-affiliated club in Coquitlam. Pinetree doesn't count.

Well i tired guys, but doesn't look like opening a facility any where in burnaby is feasible. Due to higher rent and limited warehousing space. Only option outside Richmond and Vancouver is Surrey, but who the hell wants to drive out there.
