From what you've told us so far, I have no idea.
Useful info would be the make and model of the machine.
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?

You don't want the 3rd party to get their hand on your machine, which can void your warranty. I believe the warranty for a string machine usually covers quite a long time period (5+ years, or even life time). Try to contact the manufacture 1st.

hi , I am located in Calamvale, brisbane (near sunnybank hills). I'm not sure what type of machine it is but definately not the electronic ones, it's a RSL hand crank stringing machine. Not sure about the model number too ... but apparently it is BK stringing machine. I hope that's enough information, thanks.

Hi kong-19, I don't know how to explain, when I was stringing half-way a very small plastic part fell off the ground. Since then, the machine would not stop when the string reaches its tension. Usually when the tension is up the machine will stop you from pulling. I tried to figure out where the part belonged but had no idea ... Would you know what the problem might be ? Thanks for offering your help, PM you already, please check your message.
