    Hi everyone,

I'm planning on buying my friend's old bag 7624 for 35 dollars CAD.

I was wondering if any other users here could share their experiences of the bag with me and for future buyers, and so forth.

    Thanks!

For reference, this is the bag (picture):

I like the bag, It will hold 8 badminton racquets with thermo bags. I usually carry 4 in 1 side and 2 tubes of shuttle, shoes, and changing cloth in the other side. It has side compartments which is good for overgrips and other junks. Only one complain, it does not have a compartment for shoes only.

doesn't it have a shoe pocket? i've seen the bag, it doesn't have a shoe only compartment, but i heard that it has a shoe pocket.

    what's that like?

It DOES have it's own shoe compartment, I have this bag myself, however, the shoe compartment isn't too nice. The zipper for the shoe compartment clearly says shoes in capital letters. It's a nice bag, fits quite a big of stuff. Go for it.

shoe part isn't too nice because it's at the very side of the bag, it'll make it look like something is bulging out of the bag, and it also limits some space in the main compartment

i dunno, i have a 2424 and a 2420, and those are regarded as one of the nicest bags there are. the 7624 is almost identical to the 2424, differing only in the plastic strap buckles (which is an improvement for backpack wearing), and the materials (a little tougher, but not as good in feel).

overall, the 7624 is an awesome bag.

shoe compartment, whatever. unless you're wearing size 20 EEEEEEEE shoes, or trying to shove 2 pairs of shoes in there, it won't be bulging.
i don't see how it can be a problem for taking up space in the main compartment, because the thing goes into ONE of the main parts. put your racquets in the side where the shoe doesn't go. clothes can go into the side pocket or the side with the shoes.

35 bucks for that bag? its a steal. if you don't buy it, you have a problem. :p
