Hi All Members/Visitors, As it almost always happens to most of High Schools in US where Badminton is considered to a more to 'recreational sport' than A sport that is already part of the Olympic games, once again - Castro Valley High School needs new Coaches. As ex-Varsity CVHS Badminton 2007 team coach, I have the obligation to bring this passion of a Great Badminton Team members to the forum attention. We are so lucky to have a very supportive Athletic Director which willing to meet more than halfway to bring 2008 Badminton program to a level the school has never done for long time. But one thing important is missing from that program, the Coaches. Castro Valley High School once again in need of Badminton Coaches. The positions open are for Head Coach, Varsity and JV Coach. The General qualifications are: 1. Age of at least 21 years old. 2. Ample of passion with High School students. 3. Clean background check. Preferred qualifications on top of general qualifications are: 1. Age of at least 25 year old. 2. Also a badminton player. 3. Have coaching experience. League Standing= Ranking 4th out of 7 other schools 4. NCS Standing = Ranking 7th out of 22 participating schools.
