is this a trustworthy/reputable shop with authentic stuff and not many problems in shipping?? Thanks for your input.
Terrible conduct. Personally, a few months ago, I was debating whether to purchase my AT900T's from RSX or badmintonshoponline.us. I initially thought I'd go with badmintonshoponline.us because their prices were a little cheaper. The owner discloses his own email on the website so I decded to add him and have some issues I had resolved. He handled most of my issues well, but when I asked if he could do anything for me about the price, he said, " there will be discount on shipping, for 2, it is the same$20 usd. And we are now doing discount now." I did not like the way he handled that. I personally found it quite disrespectful. The difference in shipping is really quite insignificant for an extra racquet. I am not stupid. I also did sales at a huge retail store. I think that the relationship between your customer and yourself is very important. Because I put this as my priority, I got many good comments and more constructively, I had lots of repeat customers looking specifically for me. It is apparent that Mr. Wong Yu Hin does not care about his customers and will go to any means to get business or hurt his competitors. I hope everyone on BC will take that to account if you are considering doing business with him.
i wouldn't buy from there. using the .us domain name suffix to fool you to think that they are in the States when they are actually located in Hong Kong. seems like a very shady operation trying to fool you Americans (no offense here i hope) into thinking that there actually is a retailer in the States that offer good price. but then, you somehow have to pay high shipping costs and charging you extra for a small bag which is supposed to come free (those bt-3 bags they charge USD$29.95 actually come free with all Yonex rackets sold in Asia region. those bags are like worth on at most USD$10). cheap or not, i would not buy from a retailer whose name is already is a big scam. then they charge you for items that are either cheap or free.
www.badmintonshoponline.us I just placed a very large order thorough www.badmintonshoponline.us. The order is over 1k USD. After placing the order, I read some of the negative threads regarding www.badmintonshoponline.us. I want to hear from anyone that has bought from this site, particularly with large orders. Although their business practice may be unethical, Im sure their products are still good and Mr Yu Hin Wong will deliver as promised. I paid thorough paypal. After making the payment, I realized that the buyer's protection is only applicable to ebay purchases only. I'm a little worried so I wanted to hear from anyone that has ordered from them. All comment/reply is appreciated.
Even though he does have "unorthodox" ways of promoting his website, his service is actually pretty good. I ordered a bunch of grips and they came quickly, along with a signed thank you note.
I bought a shirt. I talked to him via MSN beforehand. His service is actually very good. The shipping is understandably slow, as it is overseas, but I'm glad I got it, and the shipping was free so I'm not complaining. The price was also very good.
