i've bought some stuff from this store 2-3 times..experience was ok..pretty fast deliver n price is what it's said to be

n..i think it's really hard if u compared shops in canada/us compared to asia..just like the facebook group says.."everything is better in hong kong"..lol

I don't mind buying from HK, actually that's my favorite shopping city. Just don't like the way he does business.

I ordered racket from him 2.5 weeks ago and had to bother the crap out of him to get a tracking number. Then when I check the tracking number, the racket hadn't been sent out until last Friday and as of today (3-26-08) still hasn't even entered the US. Something seems shady here since a flight from HK to anywhere in the US doesn't take 5 days....

It depends on which shipping method is used. It could be the one where it takes up to 7-14 business days for delivery. It's not like it takes 5 days, but then the slower delivery method implies that your package has low priority compared to ones which have higher priority (faster shipping) explaining the delivery time.

Which service level did you request? EMS SpeedPost takes 3 to 5 days to arrive to the West of North America.

I have again problems having replies to my questions.

I asked about shirt sizes,which he did not tell on the web site.After long time he answered he does not have the shirt at all. He promised to ask if he could get some more. One week I have been waiting for the reply.

I never order frmo them, but I visited their website to check on their stuff and prices. Their price is not the best, some other stores have a lower price than him, but i saw they have MSN chat with customer. Did you guys try msn the store owner in regards of your orders or questions?

I have ordered over $5000 CAN in items from this store and every item has arrived in excellent condition. Here are some things I've noticed about this store:

PROS:
- Prices are quite competitive and shipping is reduced quite a bit if you order in bulk
- The owner has a bank account in Canada (HSBC), so if you use this method of payment, the owner will reduce the cost of the items usually around $5/item.
- The shipments usually arrive within one week for me (located in Toronto).
- The owner is friendly if you give him a chance.

CONS:
- Sometimes it takes a while to hear back from the owner.
- If things aren't in stock, it may take a while before you will get your items.

Other than that, I would continue doing business with Mr. Wong. Top notch seller!

I always request EMS SpeedPost. Once the package arrives in Vancouver, Purolator takes over and I track it from Purolator's website.

i just made an order with them on the 6th of june all paid for buy pay pal.

but now its the 9th and still no update on the process of the order.

in the order process page, it said payment pending, but i have paid and been charged,

gettin worried.

i have emailed them. waiting on there reply.

any one else had the same problem, with long delays on order processing?

will keep you posted

Try to contact them directly, if you can find a phone number. Otherwise, keep up with your email.

However, the past a fews are weekend and a luna holiday. I won't be surprised that the response might be a bit slow.

I ordered 25 packs of string from him, money got debited and e-mail back and forth for a week before the shipment was shipped. I didn't ask for any speed post arrangement, shipment arrived in my mail-box one week later. As I know he is almost a one man company running the show. Look, competition is very keen out there so be more forgiving regarding this kind of on-line store. BTW, I also bought one YY shirt and a skirt from newaystore, I knew they are copies so what, they arrived on time and they look great. averaging $12 each, so what I am not a holy man. flake YY and real garment are so times from the same factory surplus stock.

Same here. I ordered on the 6th. It still say payment pending. I sent e-mail to check status, but no replies. But as LazyBuddy said, I will wait for a few more days. If they want to keep repeat customers, they better work harder.
