So it seems like blue is the most comfortable insole for you other than the fact it cuts into the shoe. Any solutions? I know hockey tape has already been tried. Is it possible to remove the edges on the bottom of SFB? Like sanding it off a little? Or maybe use something more durable than hockey tape?

There's no ideal all in one insole. It really depends on the shoe and its rigidity. With respect to badminton, if the shoe is soft, you want stiffer insole. If the shoe is stiff, you want a softer, more forgiving insole.
This is why:
100-MX is best with Blue. 100-MX is a stiff and rigid shoe, it needs a softer more forgiving insole.
99-LE is best with Green. 99-LE is soft and flexible, it needs a rigid insole.
Here's a breakdown:
Blue: is the most forgiving, softest, thinnest, easiest of the three Super Feet insoles to get used to. Blue unfortunately cuts into the heel of your insole. I'm currently not worrying about the cutting. I want to see how far it will damage my 100-MX...
Orange: is the thickest and has the most cushioning. It's the second easiest to get used to. Orange unfortunately gets hot so make sure to use it in well ventilated shoes.
Green: is thick like the orange. It's the stiffest, most rigid of the three insoles.

i agree fully with dink's report regarding the superfeet blue and green!
the damage will get quite severe.
it'll cut straight through the grey "weaved" layer under the insole, and under it will reveal a cloth like layer. under that is a very stiff white surface. mines has not cut through that layer yet, however it is causing the material on the surrounding areas to peel away.
here are photos i had from a short while back, of the pair with the most damage so far.
