GST it is same for any place in Canada.
PST, depending on ur province.
Duty... supposely 0, but they charged me 6.5%... but what the heck, i don't care

The racquet stringing comments seems confusing. I probably ask them not to string it.

Is that the 6.5% tax or shipment? did you recieve a discount?

I think you're only allowed spaces in between the words.
