The venue of the badminton training is at 3K Complex and Jaya Square Building. The hall is equipped with good badminton court lighting and ample parking spaces. bton training centre? new? Dont think its new. Isnt this the same YS lim training centre at 3K since 2003 or 2004/5? I remember my friend told me he joins training there 2 years ago. Is that the same Daren liew appeared in Star paper last month right? He is a coach for Challenger, Cheras right? Now switch to Subang? Cheras too many coaching centre. Norashikin also a coach at MBA Puchong lah......
Darren liew and Darren Low are two different person...Darren Liew is still in naitonal back up team while Darren Low is retired from badminton arena few years ago. yeahh...u r rite...YS Lim training centre at 3K has been operating for quite sumtimes but no one post in here before so i juzt post here loh.....so who is ur fren who join the training in 3K 2years ago??? u r rite again as Norashikin is a coach in puchong MBA but she does coach for YS Lim training centre also
sorry....i dont trust coaches who jump from centre to centre.... had a very bad experience at MBA..........
hehehehhe.....i think the experience u had is in MBA Megah izzit??? i heard lots of bad news about tat place too but i have seen much improvement at MBA Tmn Megah now...previously was bad but now all the coaches there has change and more experienced coach are managing there
Is the training very hardcore? If I have just recovered from a broken leg (3 months +) can I take the training or do I have to wait longer?
Omg its Teng Yung and Kah Shin!!!! Haha...din see them for a long time already..stopped training for SPM...haihz...miss them men...
