    if you need a mental image of myself just think of that white guy in the vitamin water badminton comerical haha minus a good 75 pounds ;D if not 100

    i love badminton and play 3 times a week for 8 hours a day, im a high level intermediate, love my armotec 500 and like feather birdies

    thanks but i take half hour intervals, play for 30 rest for 30, its how bintang does the court system

    ah cool :] i was trained by patrick and bryant from bintang (ranked 12th and 11th) bintang is nice for the size but some nights so many people show up and some indian guys bring their whole family and kids and its hard to rest with them runing around haha

    7$ for adults and 6 for students with i.d
    the most popular time bracket is 2-11 on weekends and 5-11 on weekdays

    i took a beginer and intermedite class to catch up with my friends, and rankings are soon, i got to get ready for it haha

    haha yeah saw your selling posts :p and imo, at800df = godmode haha and at700is good for singles/attacking doubles
