It was nice meeting you and your friend!

You guys have shown major improvement with just some simple coaching...

Rating of 1 to 10 (10 being excellent)
    (1) smashes: are at a steeper angle - improvement from 5 to 6.5 (need to generate more power with accuracy)
    (2) net shots: much tighter - improvement from 4 to 7.5
    (3) dbls short serve: to the T-zone - improvement from 2 to 7.5
    (4) for your friend's singles serve: improvement from 1 to 7

    Great job guys! :)

Next time you're playing at your regular watering hole, try to focus on "just one" of the skills you learned, then choose another skill on the second session, and you will start seeing improvement in your shots.

Just remember, don't let old habits take over just because you're playing for fun, it's an opportunity for you to focus and improve! ;)

    Cheers!

Thank you, I just played with my friends tonight and the result are really showing. I used to just lose my service but now I can actually set them up for a high return for me to smash. It was great, I'll see you next wednesday

Bonsor has a supply of plastic shuttles which we use for most of the drills.

I do carry 3-4 tubes of feathers just in case... ;)

    Cheers!

I'll have to track down my old Yonex iso -200 and unload a few "plastic ducks" at Pete...
