Lin Dan vs Bao Chunlai... what a kill joy. Bao may win over LinDan this time.

Clash between Taufik vs LCW... best of frens on court. Hard to decide. LCW wants it badly, Taufik is on a vengeance as he want to proves something to the Chinese crowd.

At the moment, I have huge hopes that Taufik will win the Mens Single Final. I dunno if the Lin Dan now is stable enough to take on Taufik. Taufik himself is rather unstable as well. Lin Dan has proven that he can deal with Taufik. But Taufik also has the guns to deal with Lin Dan as well. However, I would think that Taufik has the best chance of winning against Lin Dan. Infact, Taufik would he would be my favorite because of his overall calm manner. However, things do change dramatically when he does lose his cool. For example. JO open 2007, and Sudirman 2005 MS Final (His slight frustration gave 3 consecutive points). If LCW were to face Lin Dan in the semi my money would be on Lin Dan. Despite Lin's recent drop in form, and LCW raise in form, I feel that Lin Dan does have the upper edge. However, it can be another MO 2006 where Lin Dan freaks out and LCW capitalizes on it. however, LCW hasn't shown me that he has the tools to deal with Taufik, and so I don't believe his chances are all that great against Taufik. And till Date, I don't believe that Bao Chun Lai has ever convincingly beat Lin Dan, IMO. BCL lacks alot of concentration and faith in his ability. That's why I believe BCL still needs find his "Zen".

In Conclusion ! Taufik most likely to win the MS. LCW will bring joy to me if he wins, and Lin Dan will do his best and still brings a strong Chance to win. Huge Shocks, if Boonsak wins another one. But I like Boonsak, so cheers if he wins as well. BCL still needs to find his Zen, but maybe he'll find some here.

whatever happens, we're looking at 3 interesting games.

LD vs BCL, it'll be good for the other teams that they are facing each other, i suspect LD still has the edge over BCL.

TH vs LCW, i would like to think that LCW has peaked at the right time to face TH, but it'll be a close one.

LD vs TH/LCW, ah, who could ask for more?

Careful, Boonsak might just come from the blind side and outplay the winner between the LD/TH/LCW trio. The winner of the trio could be out of gas by then ......

IF TH meets LD in SF , I fink he wont win coz SS is certainly not his top priority compare with WC/OG08 & OG
He always challenge LD to win the OG Golds which LD dint manage to do it. So my opinion is TH doesnt really care to Lost to LD in any SS..Coz he already an Olympic Champion & World Champion while LD have not prevail in the major tournaments(OG/AG....) so far !

I don't think he has beaten any of them (PG/LCW/LHI), but he been CJ/CY/LD in a very short span of time. Definitely an eye opener.

Edit: He beat LHI in just concluded Thai open, but that doesn't count becos LHI is just coming back after retirement.

Peter Gade, not too sure, havent seen any matches between them. The rest all beaten before, i always see he lose to LCW, not sure whether any winning ratio. One thing im sure is Boonsak improves dramatically due to his draw against good players all the time. He always has a very tough draw .... he made it through now. I dont think he has problem to go to the FINAL if he keep his form like how he plays now. :)

KKK/TBH at home getting ready for Phillipines Open. Rexy wants them to prepare for this tournament and eventually WC. They need to get back their level of confidence.
