My favorite shot is either my midcourt dropshot, my netshot where I transfer my weight backwards so it just tumbles over, or -when I get the chance- if the shuttle is close enough to the net I hit it with the handle of my racket

    Something I call "the push."

Zero wrist or arm action at all, but when done properly (you literally run into the shuttle and hit it with a stationary racket) it's satisfying :)

If and when I can hit it, I have a back hand "chop" at the net that looks a lot like it's going to be a high lob to the back, but tumbles over the net with a wicked outside spin or backwards tumble.

Reverse slice crosscourt dropshot (wow, what a long name...). Lands about 2 feet from the net, and the motion looks like a clear.

love dropping the bird just inside the net from the back of the court, gentle touch required and hard for the opponent to get back.

This and reverse sliced backhand straight dropshot...both are extremely deceptive :)

best 1 i lik is the slick drop that spins n falls so perfectly doesnt matter hw gd ur opponent is they cant get it! that n wht ma m8 can do that i cant (i h8 it so much!!!) he gets into the position to attempt a smash from the back of the court...but instead plays a clear.... he used that in a tournament he went to in belgium n the guy he used it on in the semi final - broke his back n dropped in the middle of the court.

A good old slice from the back of the court. Unfortunately, I've only tried it twice, and it's failed (it' hits the collar of the net, and falls on my side. The worse thing is, that it's happened on the same spot twice)...

My favorite shot is a fast crosscourt slice/drop from the forehand corner. it clears the net by just and inch or so =]

Well my favourite shot is a backhand kill. For some reason it feels very satisfying plus its really easy and effective :)

Drives up the line - easy to get VERY accurate length and tightness to the lines. The forehand one is especially effective against right-handers.

Backhand clears (when I catch them right:eek:) and cross court drops from the high forehand corner (has become something of a trademark for me).
