shoes wearing

    how can i stop my shoes from wearing wen i slide with my trailing foot because i go through 3 pairs a year.

    That's the same problem I have, although I'm not as frequent in changing shoes.

    Maybe avoid sliding the back foot altogether?

    To be fair, there are some shoes that have a thicker rubber area in the inner edge of the outsole to help. If you slide your whole foot though it's not going to reduce your shoe expenditure one pence.

    It's not going to be easy to kick this habit. If you want to save your shoes, just stick some thick tape to protect it.

    duct tape. cheap and easy.
