How is the "poor quality" measured?? Lower String tension? Bad stringing pattern? String breaks easily? Fake strings??
    Which one of the above??

The string way the strings are tied off is poor.

    Hi Matt,
You mean like this one? This is one strung by OEM from Taiwan. Not by Cy himself. Or may be I was lucky before.

It looked something similar, except it this was done on my friend's MP99 which was done by Cy.

Some tournament stringers apply this type of knot.

There is another person who stringed rackets in the WA area, I do not recall their name - would not recommend him either because the knot was something like that too. Not only that, the tension which was claimed to be stringed at was not accurate as it was low and that was with my own racket.

As for BC, I believe Azn already mentioned it.

There are at least 6 stringers I'm aware of in Seattle area.
It's pretty much word of mouth and I think the price
is in the range of $15 to $20 USD.

Yes, that is one of the 2 types of starting knots some stringers use, but not used as
    an ending knot.

No racket warranty unless bought from the shop. Then manufacturer warranty applies if exists. Those who need their rackets restrung quickly are accommodated. Racket stencils are available upon request, Yonex, Victor, Kason. Grommets inspected upon receipt of racket, and replaced as needed, no extra charge (unless too many grommets are ruined). All stringing done on a professional Babolat machine with all necessary badminton attachments.

    City: Portsmouth, UK
    Name of Shop: JT Sports
    Cost for BG65 (local/USD): N/A - I don't touch this stuff any more
    Cost for BG80 (local/USD): 12.50 (including string)

Story: great guy to speak to over the phone, very knowledgeable, followed AT800 pattern (which some don't) and decent price. Great range of strings as well.

Sadly, my AT800 went missing on its way to him for a second time.

Hey LB, is "lightning" your stringing signature ??? I have seen that on many racquets at the Brooklyn badminton club.

    Yes, you got that one.

The reason I put it on, is several times, some ppl accuse me doing a poor job, while they were actually receive the service from someone else. I don't know they simply made a mistake (i.e. friends brought their rackets to someone) or intentionally try to rip me off. Luckily, each time I can prove to them by showing the different string type, pattern or knotting. Afterward, I decide to "promote" my own string job, and avoid any confusion.

Did you come to BBC as a regular? Maybe we can meet up some day? Just don't laugh at my lowly playing skills, though.

Not to question about your source.

However, I received mixture of feedback regarding this store. I was once told by several college club players, as their rackets were screwed from there. I think it might be different stringer working for different shifts. Therefore, if your racket end up into some newbie (at least, regarding badminton rackets) stringers hand, good luck.
