Actually I have been to BBC just once. And then a guy who sometimes comes to play at our club also had the symbol. So I just made a guess

Actually I was thinking of getting my racquet strung at Paragon, but I am skeptical about it. And yea we can definetly meet up one day, either at BBC or NYBC.

Story: Nothing wrong so far and I believe they have a promotion where if you string your racquet (string and labour) ten times, the eleventh time, you can get a free restring with bg65.

Excellent quality one piece stringing on brand new machine - calibrated every 3 months or so, customised string bed logo's, quick turn-around, very reasonable prices, wide string variety.

Story: Does a very good job stringing. got my racquet strung there several times. all good except once they used 1 piece instead of 2 but other times used 2. They asked me what colour so asked purple or lavender but when i went to pick up the racquet it was white.... and very reluctant to go over recommended tension.
maybe should go to mandarin for bg 65 because it's cheaper

Hello again!

I've been wondering, how much do people generally charge for stringing? I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and I'm charging $15 for labour and $5 for BG-65 or $7 for BG-80s if they don't have strings. But then I hear the local store charging $40 for stringing with BG-65s and it doesn't seem to be that great of a stringing job too... is $15 too little? Thanks!

I feel $15 total for string (BG65) and labor is a good price. $18 total is a fair price if it is a good stringing job.

Around £15 pounds UK, for bg 80 and stringing, so nearly $30 us dollars. Quite expensive i guess

I agree. Personally, I never use the big chain's price as a reasonable reference, as mostly they don't know what they are doing.

Story: Been here about 3 times. Nice atmosphere, service is good. However the string tension is quite loose compared to Sports experts( post above). Only problem ive had was that I asked for my racket to be done by the next day in the late afternoon and when i got there it wasn't even strung yet. I would of expected a call or notification since they asked for my phone number when i took it in the get it restrung.

story: its decent, not the best, its definitely usable, but sometimes the job gets rushed.

i find that yo's stringing is actually accurate, good, and top quality, but his price reflects his experience. $18 for bg65 and bg68ti for $26.. insane..

story:Very good stringer that is very conscientious about his stringing, helps to change/turn grommets without asking and is cheaper and better then most stringers outside. Glad i found him as he lives near me, also a very nice guy.

Rating:9/10. They provide the best stringing job in town.Good,standard tension.The only store that has the gut to string at high tension.While some other stores,they will just do it,but they'll lower down the tensions without informing u..or they will simply reject it.Sort of to minimize the risk.
