I decided to stop being a lurker (became a member for a couple of weeks ago), so here I am in the self introduction thread. The earliest memory of me playing badminton was about 1st or 2nd grade in elementary school with wood and steel rackets, must have been at least 15 years ago. I was never really interested in playing badminton until recently. Found out that I basically have to start from scratch because I have been doing everything the wrong way, wrong grip, wrong stroke, wrong footwork... the list goes on and on. I have been looking at various posts in the forum and I can say this is a great place for me to learn. Hopefully I won't bother you guys TOO much in the near future.

1) Welcome to BCBF. 2) There are several members in UCD right now and you can meet them and have some good badminton fun. PS. We are not 2007 year or older.
Welcome! I too have been reading the forum as a guest for almost a year before joining, but it's better late than never!
