During my holidays in Singapore, my friend will always book a court at ToaPayoh Safra for an hour or two.

And there is always an uncle who is a coach, teaching a young guy, aged about early 20's.

My friend who is a begineer, went to him and ask about his coaching price. Guess what, its like $100 for 3 one hour session per week. I might be wrong.

Im not sure about market coaching price but two months down the road, that guy is still learning the same strokes and did not seems to improve at all. I say its a waste of money.

I hope that guy be playing better than me back now. it has been over 1/2year.

Ya mate, if you get the right coach to spar with you, it'll definitely help. Of course the student must do some homework to improve on the skills and fitness as well. Once its stable, strategy comes into play (mental).
