String Tension

Ok so I'm going to Hong Kong/China soon, And I wanted to get a raquet there. (Muscle Power 88 and maybe some other ones.)

I am a defense player and I'm looking for a good tension to be strung at.

I'm also not sure what kinda strings to buy. Looking for Cheap, good quality ones too

Also should I string it in China/Hong Kong? or Should I come back to Canada (Mississauga/Toronto) to string it?

i wouldn't string your racket in china because the temp difference will change the string tension. Just string it Canada when you get back.

if not just the temp difference than the time will also let your strings losen up. Besides stringing should be done by a reputable stringer, hopefully some one you trust and use regularly, otherwise it will be difficult to adjust. True 24lbs should be the same from place to place, it just isnt for a number of reasons. Im sure its more expensive in canada but be patient, wait.

oh ok, yeah, I'll get it strung in Canada. But umm my friend said to get it strung at 20 lb. Is it good?

Look up the recommended tension for your racquet. String it at middle tension. Adjust the tension up or down on next stringing time.
Also, just be very careful when you buy reacuqet in China. A lot of fakes.
