The place nearer to outram mrt station will be at Bras Basah complex which is around Bugis area. i not sure what time it closes. maybe u can do a serach bah...
Ceng, bras basah shops close around 7pm.... 2peng_13, you can try sports interlink 1st floor or chau beng at 2nd floor queensway shopping centre. It should close by 10pm. You may to collect your strung racket the next day. No comments on the other shops in the complex.

I think if you free during lunch, u can try raffles place at the uob centre 4th flr I think. Just above the raffles mrt.
the shop name is sports report. the shop is very popular with the tennis players. the staff will only string maximum 22lbs for badminton rackets.
