Do you have to be present in order to win the prize? Can you just purchase the tickets, wait for the numbers to be drawn, and then p/u your prize? Cheers!
No you don't have to be there (but it would be nice ). If you win a prize, I think you are given 2 weeks to claim it. If unclaimed, it becomes the property to RichmondPro.
