You guys think it is ok to move from 23lb tension to 25lb tension, is it easy to adjust to.. will i get any power from it or will i loose power. I find 23lb a bit bouncy

    can you furnish more details?
why 23lbs no good to you?
why increase to 25lbs will benefits you?
at 23lbs, more power generated from stringbed
at 25lbs, less power from stringbed compare to 23lbs, but with more control

i restrung my racquet about 3 weeks ago, i like 23lbs its pretty good, i can get alot of power from it. But you guys think i should try 25lbs next time i restring. I've just started playing badminton 3 months ago and trying to improve i got a coach and stuff, i would say i'm a advanced C level player, but i got alot to learn. You guys think that it is too early for a beginner (3months) playing at 25lbs..

Since you have a coach, use his experience and knowlege. He is the one know your ability and skill. His is the best advice.

    Agree.

But if yourself is so eagerly trying to take a shot, I don't see why not. However, if you feel your joints very uncomfortable after the change, you should re-string it back to lower tension to avoid serious injuries. ;)

No need to restring if he can't handle it, just use the hitting the knee trick.
