In Southeast Asia, that is a lot of money because of the more affordable cost of living. That amount will go a long way over there compared to here in the US.

    WOW, Wealth Of Winners.

I assume that everyone in Indonesia are multi billionaire... the richest country in the world, indeed, by the amount of income.

BADMINTON WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WINNERS ARRIVE HOME

Metrotvnews.com, Tangerang: The winners of two titles at the recent world badminton championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, arrived home on Monday afternoon. It was an emotional return especially for Markis Kido, one of the successful shuttlers who won gold for Indonesia, when he came out of the arrival hall of the Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten.

Markis's mother, Yul Asteria and a few relatives who had been waiting since noon, immediately hugged Markis. Yul also presented a bouqeut of flowers for Markis as a show of gratitude.

According to Yul, other than having elevated Indonesia's name, Markis's victory is also the best news for his father, who is currently ill. Markis added that he hoped this win will be used as a catalyst for further success in the next Olympics.

Other than Markis and Hendra, the mixed doubles pairing of Nova Widiyanto and Lilyana Natsir where also successful in winning gold in the mixed doubles event. However, the arrival of these world champions from Malaysia was not met by officials from KONI or PBSI at the Soekarno Hatta Airport.

    .
THIS IS AN EARLY WARNING FROM INDONESIA...

I guess 4 golds at the Olympics is realistic. Chances to realize it is 98%.
