I just assembled my Eagnas combo 810. I tried to test out the tension. The tension is set very high. I thought the factory would calibrate the machine prior to shipping it out? Even at the 9lb setting, the tension is very high. Feels like 30lbs. When I set it at 18 lbs, the tension is so tight that the racquet feels like it is going to break before the stop lever is engaged. There has to be something wrong with the tension. I tried to calibrate it. The manual states that to reduce tension, you use a allen wrench and turn clockwise on the adjust screw. The adjust screw is hexagon. It was on so tight that I couldn't really move it. In fact, it is now round out and turning from a hexagon to a circle. Does this mean that I can't calibrate the machine? can the adjust screw be replaced?
