shuttle cock problem?

well . i am playing in club for 8 month.
we all using diff. brand of shuttles which are all local actually we playing badminton in pakistan . so almost we all struggle with shuttle some player use slow shuttle or some prefer bit fast . some time shuttle cock are heavy the base in which feather are fixed i mean cock is heavy when we hit the corner shot shuttle tends to move in same direction more . and its too slow in normal stroke it could not possible to hit out from back to back plz tell me which shuttle we should use slow light weight heavy or what?

Use a reliable quality brand (ie. Yonex) and use the correct speed shuttle.
