    Default Badminton Assessment

    I might be schduled for an assestment on tues at c2. Do you guys know any tips that might help me to get into a high course? I'm around int.-adv. player. So probably most likely int. select ot adv. select. I still need my badminton shoes so I still need to break into them. PLEASE GIVE TIPS..I'm a lil nervous except when I play XD

    I would suggest that you warm up enough before the assessment (eg. play for an hour before the assessment). One of my friend's experience was he went in cold for the assessment and was asked to drop from the back line. 9 out of 10 shots fell into the net.

    Play an hour at clear two?? Do I have to pay for the drop in fee or it's free because I have an assestment right after? thanks for replying binster

    I wonder if I can get to adv. select or possilbly higher?? I can clear for my basline to the opponent's baseline with no problem. Smash=not a problem. drop is descent. Footwork uhh not sure if it's good or not. If you were to estimate what level I would be in be these info..what level would I be

    if i were to estimate i'd have to see it, hence what the assessments for

    Well for c2 if your not a beginner then they do an assestment for you. to see which level you can get into---I mean course*

    You will most likely range between intermediate and advanced. It is rather difficult to jump straight into High Performance, especially if you have no tournament results.

    Assessment methods vary from coach to coach, but the decisions are relatively the same.

    towbsss. saw you at the boxing week tournament for men's doubles. you were incredible. in-the-air drop down the middle? your opponents didn't even react to that
