I'm about to purchase some stuff off puppysports.com but I got no reliable sources saying it is an authentic shop that carries authentic goods. I've done countless searches and nothing seems to satisfy my primary concern of this site: is this online shop reputable? Any personal feedback and/or experience with them would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for everyones help.

I've ordered my BG-70pro string from them (about 20 packs). Only dealt with them once and it has been great. I believe jsunsun's SOTX D600 he's selling was bought from there as well.

That's good news. Any other feedback would be greatly appreciated. Are their rackets SP coded? or what is it...

They failed to respond to my emails - I would not recommend them for that.

I ordered several times from them (SOTX rackets mostly). Always great communication and prompt delivery, something I cannot say about places like ibuysports.com.

just got my sotx-woven 5a from them and everything seems to be in perfect condition; communication inbetween via email was swift and efficient as well; the only thing i guess was that the packaging was a lil weak, but the racquet was still in perfect shape so its alrite....delivery was very quick too! and they were nice enough to give me a free kimoni grip =]

I've made two purchased from PuppySports and both were rated excellent. :)

The first one was a smaller order of grips and miscellaneous accessories. Delivery was fast, 4 business days from HK to me in SoCal.

The second order, I just received an hour ago, was for 7 rackets and a bunch of grips. The order was well packaged and received in 5 business days. Everything was in good order.

On the second order, I ordered two rackets that were out-of-stock. Puppysports e-mailed me within 30 minutes to notify me about this. We went back and forth via e-mail about 5 times to find other options and Puppysports responded very fast, within a few minutes after each reply.

All in all, I'm very satisfied with Puppysports and give them two thumbs up! Wait, do panda's have thumbs?...:p...:D

I hope you don't have to deal with warranty issues, The cost to ship it back will shock you. 6 weeks did not send certified (non certified $45) and still not there

I have ordered a Kimoni racket from them. They are pretty reliable. Fast shipping and very quick to answer to your enquiries.
