    Hello,

    I want to show you the notes my coach wrote out. He wrote a few of them from singles tactics to serve/receive tactics (he didn't write the warmups and stretches). Although, the notes may not agree with some players, I think it might be helpful for others.

    Haha, I remember learning some of those acronyms when I took coaching courses ... don't think I've actually used any of them though.

    Thanks for the notes.

    Single tactics #(g) probably was valid with the old 15-pt system but with the new 21-pt rally system, I wouldn't think you would want to gamble on your "serve" as you will give a point away.
