Who are they, you may ask? Well, let's take a look at these threads:

kwun's kids are possible future stars! Just look at their intense interest in badminton! At such a tender age... Reminds me of a 3-year-old Tiger Woods who was in the Tonight's Show or Bob Hope's TV show... Tiger could hit decent golf shots as a 3-year-old... By 5, Tiger could already beat amateur adults, they said...

Maybe kwun's kids..... can be the next US child prodigy... in badminton... But the sponsorship money and prize money has to go up first, otherwise, the future of US citizens going pro in badminton is pretty bleak...

Hmm... some of the famous Indians are interestingly affiliated with Indonesia. Mittal, the steel billionaire from India, worked for years in Surabaya and can still speak Indonesian/Javanese. I heard he is now funding some Indian badminton players who have a bright future, like Saina Nehwal... She and Anup Sridhar are bringing excitement back to Indian Badminton... Even an INA fan like me appreciate the Indian Badminton emergence...

..gasp, by 5 yrs. old can already beat amateur adults???..Hmm, in that case, in less than 3 yrs, look out for Brandon to start challenging and possibly beat the local amateur adults..hmm, i can imagine..

..yah, concur..and i think it has to, first, gain enough mainstream coverage, here in the U.S...Imagine if golf never gained enough exposure and popularity in the U.S., would we see what we're seeing nowadays??
..hmm, just curious, was golf a "highly paid" sport when Tiger Woods was growing up??..how much interest was there in the U.S. then??..

yeah Larisa Griga from Ukrainiaccan be the next European challeging the asian girl. She's a former Junior european champion, and she's beginning to shine on the international stages ! Wish her good luck =)

I Just watched the last Junior asian final between Arif and Chen Long, and eventhough Arif lost, i found him stronger than his opponent. Chen Long was just smashing and smashing over and over again, it made it really really boring, but Arif showed his skills and how talented he was. I won't say here Chen Long is a talented guy, mainly because i've always preferred players with skills and techniques.
I think malaysia can count on this young guy to shine in few years, and maybe after the OG 2008 .. =p

For sure! I really like her! She beat one of my favourites (Olga Konon) in Belgian International International Challenge for 21-7 and 21-11...

    She's very good!

You are right ! Arif is probably the greatest talent that MAS badminton ever own.. I am not sure about EUROpean MS player at his generations. But, Arif will be the main title contender for 2012 Olympics if he been given the proper training to excel.

Not familiar with them. What are their accomplishments so far?

Do you have pictures of them?
