Did anyone experience a new type of scam like:

Receive a fraud bill and/or harrassing phone call from a collecting agency (in particular, Bureau of Collection Recovery, based in MN). They usually claim that you have an account under a company (i.e. credit card, phone bill, ebay account, etc), and you owe past due. The collecting agency is now representing their "client" to contact you to pay the bill. However, the truth is, you never have any account under such company, and of course, don't owe any $$$.
