Would you recommend a strenght training for kids?
There are kids in our club who are regulary attending
a wekend badminton training. I just wonder if there is
anybody who can recommend strenght training program
for them. Is it advisable? Any valuable comment?

Ultimately this depends on their maturity regarding PHV, ie their growth spurt. There shouldn't be too much problem in doing strength training using their own body weight, things like press ups, sit ups, and core stability training etc

    Give them lots of variety.

    • medicine ball throws
    • tug-of-war
    • wheelbarrow races
    • weightlifts using sandbags
    • calisthetics (pushup, pullup, squat thrust)
    • jumping
    • partner-resisted runs
look up the term GPP exercises on google and you can find lots of ideas.
