Surprisingly that China is fielding a good team to Luxemburg. I am wonder why they do not send them to Macau instead... 1.CHINA: MS: Lu YI Qui Yan Bo Wu Yunyong ( based on Europe) WS: Zhu Jing Jing Wang Yi Han Jiang Yanjiao MD: He Hanbin/Shen Ye Xu Chen/Sun Junjie WD: Pan Pan/Qian Tian Yang Wei/Zhang Jiewen ( wow...) Indonesia only send single MS and WS only: MS: Indra Bagus Ade Chandra Bandar Sigit Pamungkas Endra Kurniawan ( is he based on Europe?) WS: Yuan Kartika Aprilia Yuswandari Febby Angguni No MAS or US players at all. Xu Hai Wen, Anup, Wacha will headline this tournament... No Djarum players too, I guess they will be in Macau instead...
This is the website: www.bitburger-open.de Love this beer....whoever goes to Hong Kong, there is bitburger beer in Lan Kwai Fong...
It Is actually good sign for CHN start to send their players for lower grade tournament .. YW/ZJW ..erm.. Still don't understand.. Mayb this pair will be quiting at very last minutes.. I am surprise that a "mini" size country also have an interest to held a badminton tournament.. Is that their 1st ever edition?
This week, Belgium has US$15000 tournament....I know for sure that last year, it was US$ 50,000.00 now it is US$ 70,000...I would like to see more US$ 7o K to 120 K tournament.....I am surprised that Netherland only has US$ 50K this year....too bad... Too many tournamnets on that week, we willhave Macau ( US$ 120 K), Bulgaria ( US$ 15 K international challenge) and Bitburger Luxemburg ( US$ 70 K)
INA players... This is good news. I am surprised they did not send Pia and Tommy... Those two made more sense... And by the way, yes Endra Kurniawan is based in Germany. Playing for a certain club there...
Why PBSI keeps sending Yuan Kartika?.....may be PIA and Tommy will be in Macau..considering too many tournamnets in that week.....hope Djarum will send Febe and Elfira to Macau.....
Only one WS Japanese, Mizuki Fujii will be there.....I bet the rest of japanese team will be in Macau...I am wondering if Fujii makes the right decision, flying to Europe by herself....????
The Bitburger-OPEN has this year its 20th birthday. On the website you will find all winners of the further years. During the whole tournament you will also find two free video-livestreams of the two TV-Courts. The tournament will be broadcasted to some asian tv-stations. have a look on the website: www.bitburger-open.de
I think CHn will send Zhu Lin, Lu Lan, Wang Lin,, either XXF or ZN to Macau....I will take a pic with ZN if she goes before she retires soon...hehe
I called BWF why they did not release seeding report with M&Q?....they will not answer me...not proffessional organization......

The organizer of Bitburger Open is much better than Macau how to handle one tournament. Live-streaming and related info are available through Bitburger web. There's also Player's party, WoW! In other side, Macau which has higher level and total prize-money, seems all BC members once again will ask to our friend Rudy Huang as a volunteer to give us update result. Who knows in 2010 Germany will become one of SS host?! Just 4 non-Asia countries of 12 SS installments, not good prospect to popularize bdm globally...
