Those members that had been banned, they can always re-register again with a new name right? If so I wonder what name they will use next??

adminstrator or moderators will keep eye on them. unless they log in(register new) at different location/different ip address....

we have been doing ok on discovering banned members who re-register. sometimes even if we don't find them, other members will see them, notify us and we will take care of them.

some do come back and turn 180 degrees, and we are ok with that. we have quite a few of those type among us today but they tend to be the minority.
