Hi Matt,

I have been thinking about this. I think the rule has been set for a reason or reasons. If I ask Kwun to make an exception this time (even I am selling them at my cost for the benifit and saving money for our member). It is still being the rule and there will be more problem in the future.

US coded is as good as JP. We just get the "Light Weight" and less selection.

I would like to say sorry to Kwun and Admins for my post in buy and sell forum. I will post items according to the rule in the future.

Yonex Arcsabre 7, 3UG4, JP , BG80 24x26lbs.

My impressions is a little bit different, I think, than Matts.. I don't find the control particulary good.. and the racket feels kind of sluggish for a 3U. I was not impressed at all with the feeling at net.

However, I would like to bring out Eepaks old expression "effortless power" :-)
under-arm strokes, and pick-ups, drives are EXTREMELY easy.. Actually I can agree sort of with the marketing hype that it kind of "catapults" the shuttle away with minimal effort..

This was very evident when I made shuttle speed test, that the shuttle went significantly further on the speed test than with my AT900P :-D, with the same under-arm stroke....

I found clearing and under-arm strokes from back court was very effortless to hit.

Full power smashes where better than I expected after reading Ants review..My inital impression was that it had about the same power as my old NS8K, and far more forgiving.

My expereince with the arc 7 was very pleasant, and this brings my hope up for the "next" arc models :-)

Summing things up:

Feel: 7.5/10
Control: 8/10
Max Power: 8.5/10
Power-assist: 10/10
Defense: 8/10

Great racket for the player who is a little weaker (think women, junior players) I think!

I would not expect this to be one of Dinks favourites :-)

But its a damn good racket in my view!!

I twisted my left leg slightly.. I've been on NSAID diet all week, and light training.. It's not to bad.. It is after all the useless left leg (I am a right-hander)

I invented that as a new category :-) to try to descirbe the input/output factor power factor

Twobeer, how long was your testing? I only had almost like 3 hours on it to give it my initial impression.

As you mentioned, yes the shot does seem a bit effortless and I do feel the power in on a full powered smash. I'll definately have a better idea when I play badminton this Friday.

I used it for 3 hours yesturday and a little more than 2 hours today (only singles today, doubles & singles yesturday).

But it is quite evenly balanced, so I think that made it quite easy for me to adjust to the timing of it..

This racket is not for Arnie type players :-) . It's more like also having some extra flex in the frame as well to help the population lacking hulk forearms :-)

Interesting, you feel the extra flex in the frame too. I also feel that too and that is why I decided to see if I can bend the frame. However, the control is excellent. I think the racquet is great and undercontrol when swing is not too strong (net and drop shot) while the power is good enough but not the best like AT700, AT900, NS9000 or NS8000.
