I restrung the Arc7 with BG85 @22.5X25 lb and test it again today. I can clear much better and smash more powerful. However, it still dose not have the smash power of NS8K, NS9K, Cab30ms.
Conclusion:
A total defensive player's dream. Great for setting up shots in double. A good racquet to buy if you know what you are doing.

It is a pleasure to help out any BCBF member. I wish I can do it for everyone. I wish I can do it longer too.

For those of you who prefer other Yonex rackets than ARC7.. i do recognise your feedbacks and feel about the racket play. That is also one of the reason that i sold the one that i had even before it was launched. Based on my review http://www.badmintoncentral.com/foru...ad.php?t=47963 post number#18, there will be better stuffs coming out next year.
. But if you think that ARC7 suits your play.. do feel free to use it and give your feedbacks.

Got a chance swing AS7 on the weekend. Indeed, it's very light and very head light. Did not get a chance to do any drills, but I won't be surprised how easy to control the racket. Agree with master SH, as it's mainly a double "setup" racket. It seems lacking the "boom" if you prefer smash "bang bang" games.
