Don't know about the heaviest training racket but the best I've seen so far is the HART Infinite Power Practice 160. And to my knowledge, it's only available in Indonesian, Malaysia, and Singapore. So, you're lucky!

Back to heaviest, go find a tennis racket, but I do not recommend it.

Is the shaft stiff enough? Is it balanced or endloaded? If stiff enough and balanced, YGM! :D

    current test:
    165grams, 675mm, balance at +-310mm (headheavy)
from just some informal bending it's stiffer than my CP5k, w7i and w11i...

if you ask me, it's stiff enough...But with you? you never know ;)

That's stiff enough, thanks. But the head is too heavy, I'm looking for something more balanced, 280mm. Thanks again though.

yeah, the balance is very head heavy and makes the shaft "seems" not so stiff :p.

Tennis racquet would hurt your wrist; they're all over 200g (maybe over 250, not sure).

i don't know how heavy it is, but i'm using an old school (those much smaller frames) black knight contour 200 squash racquet. it weighs as much, or more than the newer tennis racquets. i find its only useful for using during practice for defense, drives, and tap-downs...

i can't find any specs on it. its probably well before the boom of the commercial aspect of the world wide web...

    Please read more carefully. :p

Please see Post # 2 where I say it's the best training racket I've seen so far. If it's the best, would not one conclude it's the right weight, stiffness, etc...so far? :D
