Unfortunately,
Valencia isn't the best place for badminton. You have to travel a little farther south to either Van Nuys or Woodland Hills if you would like to play. If you are willing to travel further, you can go to Santa Monica College on sunday (12 - 9pm) or Mar Vista Recreation Center (Mondays and Wed 7 - 10pm)

Is the Santa Monica College always available on Sunday?
How many courts are available in there?
How much is the entrance fee?
Do you have to register to the college to eligible to play in there?
Please advice!
Thanks,
pramana

Some info abt SMC..
..pramana,
SMC is always open on Sunday. The last time i played there, it was open from 12pm til 8pm. Cost to play is $4 for student and $6 for non-student. However, if you look "young" enough, you can just pay the man-in-charge, his name is Charles, just $4.
He never or hardly checked for student ID, as long as you pay him "some cash" to get in.
There are 8 courts available there and no, you don't have to be a student @ SMC to play there. It's basically an open court system, for anyone.
There's a closer place to play near Valencia. I believe it's a junior college. Check the link i posted.

I appreciate the information.
Is it only Sunday available in SMC?
If it is possible, I am looking something closer to Valencia, CA (Castaic, Canyon Country, etc) or a little down the valley such as Sylmar, Granada Hills, etc.
