    Question Backhand short serve technique?

    if someone during short backhand serve , slice or blade the shuttle cock and shuttle cock comes like swinging it in the air wht would it be called ? RIGHT Or WRONG
    NOTE : During slicing or blading first shuttle cock touches the racket then its feather. it it right or wrong.

    the laws say racket, not stringbed.
