next time you play, after your opponents return a rally, say to youself in your head/under your breath "i'm so gooood..." for each return you do. No skeptics until you try it. I seriously made 10x less unforced errors after i tried doing it, plus i hit more accurate shots and had more insightful shot selection.

Works best in singles, as it is individual. however, if you can get both your partner and you to do this together, let me know the results :)

try and tell me what you guys think!

I'm kinda skeptical on this kinda stuff the self-mental encouragement. I know people that play mind games on the opposition but this is something new. I might give it a go.

lol, interesting technique. I would have to say that feeling good about urself does make you feel better, but being over confident, I dunno.

This works for me. I also set a target 21 / 6 against the opponent. One time I got 11 / 0 then I got slack then ended up winning 21 / 16. You have to be consistant in your games no matter what the score is!

sometime its just hard to tell ur self that especially if ur playing new opponent and they trully flatten ur arse.. but it is true that u have to keep ur self cool and consistent with ur shots.

another trick is.. use ur minor hand (left if ur right handed) then try to write your name couple of times on air to take away your pressured focus then take a deep breath.
