ok i use to be chubby 12 months ago at around 80kg. people tell me i'm fat. i'm 170cm tall. i just weighed myself few minutes ago. i'm 62kg.

i have this picture of FAT me on the wall and when ever me or my family/friends walk past it we laugh. but the other day my MOMMY :p out of the blue told me i'm SKINNY. and that her friends are saying that too (asian elders). so worried mommy decided to book a session (not badminton court!) with a doctor to see if theres anything wrong with me.

the weight lost is attributed to me playing badminton which she dosen't understand. i play at a higher level and train 2-3 times a week and play club level 3 times a week. so average 6 days a week :p she probably thinks i'm playing like Claire in the "Heroes" thread :p

shes trying to book an appointment as i type this message but it's a saturday! HWAH!

i think i lost 4kg or so. that was pretty long ago and i couldn't lose anymore weight. I'm skinny anyway.
But weight loss because of badminton is nothing compared to weight lost to exam stress!

4kg out from__? my guess, is quite big percentage. not necessarily that must lost 10kg as per thread title. you need to consider the percentage. if you lost 10kg out of 60kg and height of 168cm? oh man, well underweight(for male)...:D

i was around 86kg plus and only 177cm. so i was kinda chubby at one stage. this is after i graduated and start working as i only sit day in day out. lost weight down to 69kg due to prepin for competition but i cant say solely from badminton. it was just combination of eating healthy, 30hrs plus training a week and stop snacking hehe =). now im back up to 73kg. been pretty consistent for couple of years now.

I can never lose weight with exercise. The more sport I do, the more I eat. I get so hungry after a game (and the following day), it makes it so difficult to eat sensibly. I also find that if I stop playing for I while, my stomach doesn't seem to notice and for a little while I continue eating the same amount, so I put weight on. Then I take up sport again to lose it (and often don't).:(

Now I have stopped worrying about my weight. I run to improve my fitness, and play badminton because I enjoy it.:D

The most I've lost was 15kg.
I was 85kg then to 70kg people kept saying I got skinnier and look better now so I started to like relax because I thought I would keep losing but nooo, I gained back 5kg. I tried to get rid of that 5kg and I now weigh 72-73kg.

Yeah at one stage I was 143KG. Now I am ~115KG however I have definitely gained muscle mass as well.
In general I'm wanting to get to 105 or so KG. I'll never be below that, I'm a big boofy bloke, so I go by fat content rather than BMI.

I'm getting reasonable at singles now :)
