Found this at a store in Ebina, Japan. I couldn't believe the actual price is almost 60% less (¥9,990) than the original price (¥24,150). I wonder if it is fake

That's really a super duper deal and it looks authentic to me.

I choose to believe it is authentic. I visited the retailer web site http://www.gallery2.co.jp.
It doesn't look like those shops selling fake stuff. I must be the last lucky buyer of TC700 before they ran out of stock

Congratulations on the fantastic purchase. It's a great deal you've got!!
My personal checklist for authentic TC700:
- There is a slight misalignment in the dark/light green border just below the words "Carbon Nanotube" at 12 o'clock;
- The protrusions of grommets at 2-4 and 8-10 o'clock are very very well aligned. The amount of protrusion in each grommet is controlled to almost surgical precision;
- The very unique frame shape;
- Quite stiff shaft; and
- During play... incredible kick when it hits the shuttle right!!!
AFAICT from the photos, it looks unmistakably real

Add a bit of drool to this thread...

The first racket from the top of the photo is a good 4mm longer than the rest. Interestingly, the extra length came from an extra long handle.
All weigh in at 88g (original grip with plastic wrapping and no strings) putting it well inside the 3U range and has a swing weight (measured from base) of 38g except the odd guy (39g). This puts the BP around 290mm -- slightly head heavy.

5 pieces of TC700
Wow, no wonder this racquet is so hard to find, someone's hoarding all the stocks.

This question might have been answered previously - the TC700 is similar to which Yonex racket in terms of play?

So the TC700 is more of a singles racket rather than a doubles racket..

at700 is head heavier, medium flex iso head
tc700 is not as head heavy, extrastiff(stiff?), oval/iso head similar to the arcZ
