Hi everyone.. My 19 year old brother has been facing some pain in the join between his 4th toe and little toe.. as can be seen in this picture: The pain usually occurs at night, and only when he applies pressure to it. The toes look perfect normal, no bruises, bunions etc. It does not affect walking/daily activities, only when he applies pressure to it. Before people tell him to visit a doctor.. yes, he is going to visit a doctor. But we humans have this dire need to find out what's wrong before a doctor telling.. So any idea what may be the cause of this mysterious pain? Thanks, Joanne
