very disappointed with AJ services already...sending racket for stringing service. requesting for 25lbs digital but the results was very bad feels like 22lbs only. complaint to shop owner but said i need to request to string to 28lbs or more...i am the one playing and i know the tension that needed. completely banned them now. famous already and now cincai doing services.

Tell you my experience then... I wanted to buy 2 different rackets from AJ and I went there twice... the conversation goes like this..
Me: Boss, how much is this racket?
Boss: Oh! It is RMXXX...
Me: Hmm.. I asked around and got one shop selling me at this price RMXXX.. What's your best price?
Boss: Why not you go to get the racket from that shop and I'll buy from you... since they are selling cheaper..?
That's it
I banned from going to that shop and I got the 2 rackets from other shop at cheaper price.

i agreed that AJ's 'very good services' has no sincerity. its purely for business. brought a at900p brand new for stringing there. they said mine durability not good. i acknowledged but later in conversation i told them my at700 bought from them bent a bit after stringing from them, they quickly brushed a side and went to other topic. typical businessman! but, i still think that they offer very competitive price for yonex high range racket even comparing to pertama. or else, please enlighten me.

Yeah i also experienced previous stringing from them on same model of racquet for same tension but one feels at higher tension while the other doesnt.
Hopefully they could string it accurately for customers' upon request for our enjoyment.
Therefore currently playing with the accurate higher tension racquet instead of the lower one.

Just want to reiterate that the issue here is not about how cheap is the stuff, but how they treat us, the CUSTOMER...

MMm... i m still a regular AJ customer..
I m a little bit surprised with this negative review on AJ.
Luckily the shuttles there still cheap. I bought protech world class RM58 in AJ others RM60
Anyone can suggest better shop (give better deal) around Puchong, Kelana Jaya, Damansara, or OUG ?

In certain shops yes, but we are referring to badminton shops here in particular and esp. stringing and customer service are concerned.
When you re-string a racket, the skills required to get the job done properly are very important and the player would immediately feel it when he plays. A lousy stringing job that resulted in poor repulsion is every player's nightmare.
Also the customer's requests on how should it be done i.e tensions, 2 or 4 knots, extra tension on the cross etc... are called customer service, shouldn't be ignored and those who complained here are just pointing at that, not the price.
So if price is always the only concern, then the bond and understandings between the customers and the retailer is non-existent in the first place, thus resulting in dissatisfaction.
